Littelfuse SMAJ TVS Diodes
Littelfuse SMAJ TVS Diodes are surface-mount transient voltage suppressors designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage spikes caused by lightning and other transient events. These diodes are available in both unidirectional and bidirectional configurations and with reverse stand-off voltages ranging from 5V to 440V. The SMAJ TVS diodes operate within a temperature range from -65°C to +150°C and provide up to 400W peak pulse power capability. These components offer high surge protection capability and high clamping performance with fast response time.
