Littelfuse SLD8S Series TVS Diodes
Littelfuse SLD8S Series TVS Diodes are housed in an SMTO-263 package with lead modifications. The SLD8S TVS diodes are designed to protect sensitive electronics against lightning and inductive load-switching voltage transient events. SLD8S TVS diodes feature low incremental surge resistance and EFT protection of data lines in accordance with IEC 61000-4-4. These TVS diodes can operate at a temperature ranging from -55°C to +175°C and offer thermal resistance of 0.9°C/W. Typical applications include alternator load dump, automotive, consumer electronics, inductive load switching, and renewable energy systems.
