Littelfuse Pulse-Guard ESD Suppressors provide reliable protection for sensitive electronic devices against electrostatic discharge events. The ESD suppressors deliver an ultra-low 0.136pF capacitance with response times under 1ns for high-speed protection performance. These components deliver bi-directional protection with clamping ratings from 40V to 300V and support a rated voltage from 12VDC and 24VDC.
