Littelfuse P6SMB Series 600W Transient Voltage Suppression (TVS) Diodes are designed specifically to safeguard sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient voltage events. P6SMB TVS diodes are available in unidirectional and bi-directional options. The P6SMB TVS diodes come with low incremental surge resistance and excellent clamping capability. These P6SMB TVS diodes feature an operating temperature range from -65°C to +150°C and a maximum ramp-down rate of 6°C/second.
