Littelfuse HMOV Series Varistors

Littelfuse HMOV Series Varistors offer surge protection for electronic circuits operating under high-energy and high-temperature conditions. These varistors can operate at temperatures up to 125°C and withstand peak surge currents up to 10kA (8/20μs pulse). The HMOV series is available in three disc sizes: 10mm, 14mm, and 20mm. These HMOV varistors meet RoHS, lead-free, and halogen-free requirements and have been tested to last through 1000 cycles of extreme temperature changes between -55°C and +125°C.
