Littelfuse 1.5KE Axial Leaded TVS Diodes

Littelfuse 1.5KE Series Axial Leaded Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) Diodes protect sensitive electronic circuits from voltage transients caused by lightning, ESD, and other surge events. These diodes provide excellent clamping capability, fast response time, and low incremental surge resistance in a DO-201 axial leaded package. The 1.5KE diodes feature an operating temperature range from -55°C to +175°C and a maximum clamping voltage range from 10.5V to 828V. These devices have a maximum peak pulse current range from 2.5A to 144.8A and a maximum reverse leakage current range from 1µA to 1000µA. Typical applications include consumer electronics, computer interfaces, industrial circuits, and other vulnerable circuits.
