Littelfuse SJxx40x High Temperature SCR Series thyristors are ideal for uni-directional switch applications such as phase control in heating, motor speed controls, as well as AC rectifier and voltage regulators. The SJxx40x SCRs have a low gate current trigger level of 40mA maximum at approximately 1.5V, with a sensitive version of the series having a gate trigger current of 15mA maximum.
