Littelfuse SP03-6 Series TVS Diode Arrays provide overvoltage protection for broadband applications such as Ethernet, T3/E3 DS3 interfaces, and ADSL2+. These components combine a TVS diode and a diode rectifier bridge for both longitudinal and differential protection. The capacitive loading characteristic is log-linear, minimizing intermodulation distortion. The SP03-6 series arrays feature a clamping speed in nanoseconds, low insertion loss, and a lightning surge capability of 150A (8/20 as defined in IEC 61000-4-5). These devices are ideal for protecting T1/E1 line cards, 10/100/1000 BaseT Ethernet, and STS-1 interfaces.
