Littelfuse AQxxC-01FTG Series Bidirectional TVS Diodes are designed to replace Multilayer Varistors (MLVs) in low-speed and DC applications. These diodes protect sensitive equipment from Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) and other transient events. The AQxxC-01FTG series can absorb repetitive ESD strikes of ±30 kV without performance degradation and safely conduct 30A surge events. The peak pulse power rating is 450W, with a reverse standoff voltage of 5V. These bidirectional diodes are ideal for automotive, computer peripherals, notebooks, test equipment, and point-of-sale terminals.
