Littelfuse SRDA05 Series TVS Diode Arrays provide robust protection for I/O pins against ESD and lightning-induced surge events. These devices integrate low-capacitance rail-to-rail diodes with an additional zener diode for enhanced performance. The SRDA05 arrays can absorb up to 30A per IEC61000-4-5 (8/20µs) and ±30kV ESD per IEC61000-4-2 standards without degradation. The operating temperature range is from -40°C to +125°C, with a SOIC-8 surface-mount package featuring matte tin-plated copper alloy leads and a molded epoxy body rated UL 94 V-0 for flammability. These components are suitable for Ethernet, video line protection, RS232/RS485, security cameras, storage DVRs, and industrial and medical instrumentation.
