Laird Technologies MHE Series High-Current SMD Power Inductors
Laird Technologies MHE Series High-Current SMD Power Inductors feature extremely low DCR with greater efficiency and enable a larger current in a small size. MHE0x03 power inductors support magnetic shielding and molded construction with improved performance, reliability, and power efficiency with SMD mounting style. The SMD power inductors are available in the dimensions of 5.70mm x 5.40mm x 3mm for MHE0503 and 7.20mm x 6.50mm x 3mm for MHE0603. These power inductors can operate within the temperature range from -40°C to 125°C for the MHE0503 and -40°C to 150°C for the MHE0603, which includes self-heating temperature rise. Typical applications include consumer electronics, datacom, data infrastructure, DC-DC converters, healthcare, medical, and networking.
