Knowles Capacitors SBSG C and Pi Surface Mount EMI Filters
Knowles Capacitors SBSG C and Pi Surface Mount EMI Filters are high current, high capacitance, and high voltage combination filters that offer assembly savings. The SBSG filters provide a 5A current rating for the Pi-type and a 10A rating for the C-type filters. These filters are appropriate for pick and place. The Pi filters incorporate two capacitors and an inductor together to generate a multi-element filter that has a quicker cut-off and better low-frequency performance than straight C filters. Typical applications include telecoms, signal lines, defence, aerospace, and industrial.
