Knowles Capacitors Thin-Trim Variable Capacitors

Knowles Johanson Manufacturing Thin-Trim Variable Capacitors are miniaturized trimmer capacitors with a proportional improvement in electrical characteristics and a radical reduction in size and weight. These devices feature a metallic rotor suspended under spring pressure between two metalized dielectric disks. The Thin-Trim capacitors offer a maximum insulation resistance of 10⁴MΩ and operate from -55°C to +125°C temperature range. These single-turn capacitors are typically used in RF amplifiers, broadband wireless LAN, microstrip line filters, and other low-profile applications.
