Kingbright 0202 RGB LEDs pack red, green, and blue LEDs into a 0.65mm by 0.65mm by 0.25mm package. This compact and efficient RGB LED enables color mixing to produce any color in the visible spectrum without increasing component count or PCB area. They offer a 140° viewing angle and a water clear lens, providing clear visibility in compact devices. They feature a common anode design and are specified with a 5mA forward current and typical forward voltages for each color between 1.95V and 2.9V, ensuring efficient operation. They can operate at temperatures from -40°C to +85°C and are suitable for backlights and status indicators for home and smart appliances, wearable and portable devices, and healthcare applications.
