KEMET R76 Series Polypropylene Film Capacitors
KEMET R76 Series Double Metallized Polypropylene Film Capacitors use polypropylene and double-metallized polyester film with radial leads. These capacitors are housed in a self-extinguishing plastic case and meet UL 94 V-0 standards. The R76 series operates within a voltage range of 250VDC to 2000VDC and a capacitance range of 100pF to 12µF. The temperature range is -55°C to +110°C with capacitance tolerances of ±2.5%, ±5%, and ±10%. Automotive-grade versions are available up to 22.5 mm lead spacing. Applications include resonant, high-frequency high-current, snubber, and commutation circuits for SCR, IGBT, and SiC devices.
