JAE MY05 Series Automotive Connectors
JAE Electronics MY05 Series Automotive Connectors are compact, high-voltage connectors designed for low-current automotive and industrial applications. These connectors support up to 1000Vdc and meet IEC 60664-1 standards for creepage and clearance distances. The MY05 series offers optional CPA and preset TPA features for secure terminal positioning, with socket and pin header configurations available. Components use halogen- and PFAS-free materials rated UL94 V-0 for flame resistance and can operate within temperatures from -40°C to +125°C. These connectors are suitable for applications such as battery management systems, energy storage units, and high-voltage control systems.
