IXYS 3-Phase Rectifier Bridges and Diode Modules

Littelfuse IXYS 3-Phase Rectifier Bridges and Diode Modules are manufactured using planar passivated chips and feature a maximum reverse voltage (V_RMM) from 800V to 1800V. These rectifier bridges make use of screw terminals to save space and weight. The rectifiers offer low forward voltage and thereby, provide improved temperature and power cycling. These rectifiers find applications in a number of low-power and high-power applications and have an operating temperature range from -40°C to 175°C. 3-Phase rectifier bridges are also available with brake units and come with IGBT and freewheeling diode in various power classes.
