ITT Cannon CA Bayonet Connectors
ITT Cannon CA Bayonet Connectors are designed to meet VG95234 standards, come with different RoHS-compliant plating options, and allow for quick connection and disconnection using a secure quarter-turn bayonet lock. These bayonet connections feature IP67/68/69k environmental resilience, along with shock, vibration, and solvent resistance that meet VG95234 testing criteria, and provide 140 contact arrangement possibilities. The CA bayonet connectors can operate within a temperature range from -55°C to +125°C with a maximum current of up to 250A. These CA connectors are intended for use in aircraft and airborne applications, electrical systems of a range of off-road vehicles, and construction machinery.

The ITT Cannon CA Bayonet connector series is engineered for extreme shock and vibration resistance, making it a proven choice for military vehicles, heavy equipment, rail, and industrial applications. With VG-approved Tin Zinc “J” plating – the industry’s 1 to 1 Cadmium replacement – it delivers a rugged, RoHS-compliant alternative without compromising performance. The reverse bayonet coupling design ensures rapid mating and unmating under harsh conditions while maintaining reliable shielding, IP69k sealing, and high conductivity. Available in shielded, straight, and 90-degree variants across cable-to-cable, wall mount, and PCB styles, the CA Bayonet combines durability with flexible configuration options for demanding environments.
