Honeywell SM Series MICRO SWITCH Subminiature Basic Switches provide snap-action operation in a compact housing for consistent electrical and mechanical performance across varied environments. These switches combine small size with light weight, precision actuation, extended mechanical life, and contact options that support both low-energy and power-duty switching. The SM series switches feature a wide operating temperature range from -54°C to +204°C and a mechanical life up to 10,000,000 operations. These devices are available with a current rating from 0.1A to 11A and an operating force range from 0.04oz to 2oz. Typical applications include aircraft door and landing-gear monitoring, cockpit controls, military equipment, industrial pressure and temperature assemblies, and power-generation fuel-level sensing.
