Honeywell HPM Series Particulate Matter Sensors use laser-based light scattering to detect and measure particle concentrations ranging from 0µg/m³ to 1000µg/m³. As particles pass through a laser beam, scattered light is detected and converted into an electrical signal to calculate concentrations. These sensors provide outputs for PM2.5 and PM10 (standard models) or PM1.0, PM2.5, PM4.0, and PM10 (compact models), with a response time of less than 6 seconds. Fully calibrated and compliant with RoHS and REACH standards, they operate with a UART output and consume a maximum of 80mA.
