HARTING ix Industrial Ethernet Connectors
HARTING ix Industrial Ethernet Connectors are miniaturized Ethernet connectors that feature 5000 mating cycles and Cat6A performance for 1/10Gbps Ethernet. The active locking of the socket and connector uses two stable metal snap-in hooks, providing clear haptic feedback that confirms a secure connection. The connection between the cable sheath and plug connection is engineered in the form of a robust crimp connection. This robust crimp connection ensures a robust interface that meets the high shock and vibration resistance established in EN 50155 railway specifications. The product line is available in Type A (Cat6A Ethernet) and Type B (signal and bus communication) codings and is standardized according to IEC 61076-3-124.
