EATON TVS Diode ESD Suppressors
EATON TVS Diode Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) Suppressors protect sensitive electronic components from transient voltage spikes by clamping excess voltage. These devices incorporate a nanosecond-level response to limit voltage surges during electrostatic discharge events. The design employs low capacitance to maintain signal integrity and reduce signal distortion in high-speed circuits. These components provide a reverse working range from 3.3V to 70V and a peak pulse current of up to 240A while maintaining ultra-low capacitance down to 0.07pF. The ESD suppressors protect against fast voltage transients including electrostatic discharge, electrically fast transients, and induced lightning. Typical applications include RJ-45 connectors, RF antennas, DC power protection, and portable electronics.
