EATON XV Series Cylindrical Supercapacitors deploy Electrochemical Double-Layer Construction (EDLC) design with high-performance materials to deliver both high energy and high power in a compact form. These devices feature ultra-low Equivalent Series Resistance (ESR), large capacitance, long cycle life, UL recognition, and over 10 year operating life at room temperature. The XV series offers a maximum working voltage of 2.7V with surge voltage to 2.85V, an operating temperature range from -40°C to +65°C extendable to +85°C with voltage derating, and capacitance tolerance from -5% to +10%. Typical applications include hybrid battery or fuel-cell systems, high-pulse-current devices, and UPS/hold-up power circuits.
