EATON High Current Power Inductors

EATON High Current Power Inductors are designed to support high-current, high-frequency power applications with low inductance requirements. These inductors feature robust construction, low EMI, and suitability for high-speed switch-mode power designs make them ideal for modern power electronics and high-efficiency circuitry. The high current power inductors operate within temperature range from -40°C to +155°C and maximum saturation currect of 65A. Typical applications include data networking, storage, graphics cards, and computing, as well as automotive systems (vehicle controls, ADAS), industrial automation, and battery power.

HC9 Series:

  • Current Range from 3.65A to 95A
  • Design utilizes high-temperature powder iron material with a non-organic binder to eliminate thermal aging
  • Frequency Range 1kHz to 500kHz
  • Inductance Range from 0.2μH to 47.0μH
  • Surface mount inductors designed for higher speed switch mode applications requiring lower inductance, low voltage and high current

HCF1007 Series:

  • 10.3mm x 8.1mm x 6.65mm surface-mount package
  • Current range from 5.3A to 48A
  • Ferrite core material
  • Frequency range up to 1MHz
  • High current carrying capacity, low core losses
  • Inductance range from 0.3µH to 10µH
  • Secure 3 terminal mounting
  • Tight DCR tolerance for sensing circuits

HCF1305 Series:

  • 12.5mm x 12.5mm x 5.0mm surface-mount package
  • Current range from 36A to 10.4A
  • Design utilizes ferrite core with high DC bias resistance and low core loss
  • Ferrite core material
  • Frequency range 100kHz to 1MHz
  • Inductance range from 0.47µH to 4.7µH
  • Inductors designed for higher speed switch mode applications requiring low voltage and high current

  • 7.4mm x 6.8mm footprint surface mount package in a 3mm height
