EATON ACE Automotive CAN-Ethernet Bus Inductors
Eaton ACE Series Automotive CAN-Ethernet Bus Inductors are designed to support both Controller Area Network (CAN) and Ethernet protocols. These inductors are ideal for filtering out unwanted noise in data lines, helping to keep vehicle connectivity modules working smoothly. The ACE series automotive CAN-Ethernet bus inductors are available in inductance values ranging from 11μH to 200μH, with impedances from 90Ω to 15,000Ω. These AEC-Q200-compliant inductors come in 2012, 3225, and 4532 industry-standard case sizes. Typical applications include Battery Management Systems (BMS), Engine Control Units (ECU), and Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS).

If noise makes it so you “just can’t” with your CAN bus, then you need Eaton’s ACE automotive CAN-Ethernet bus inductors! Eaton’s ACE bus inductors are available from 11μH to 200μH in multiple standard footprints including 0805, 1210, and 1812. With a low parasitic capacitance and high filtering capability, these inductors are able to handle currents as high as 400mA, voltages as high as 80V, and have impedances ranging from 90Ω to 15,000Ω. They are compliant to both AEC-Q200 and OPEN Alliance 2.0 standards, making them ideal for automotive applications, and their SMD design makes them incredibly small to save valuable PCB real estate. The common mode design incorporates two inductors with four connections making it easy to integrate into transmission lines commonly found in data communication lines.
