Sensata Crydom M50 Diode Series Power Modules

Crydom M50 Series Diode Power Modules offer high-efficiency thermal management and extended lifespan for single and three-phase diode rectifier circuits. These modules are designed for high-surge current applications and feature up to 1600V blocking standards. The M50 series diode power modules have current ratings from 60A to 100A and operate within a temperature range from -40°C to +125°C.
