Cera-Mite 125L Series Ceramic Disc Capacitors
Cera-Mite / Vishay 125L Series Ceramic Disc Capacitors feature single-layer AC disc safety capacitors with ceramic discs whose sides are silver-plated. These capacitors offer a standard capacitance tolerance of ±20%, a minimum insulation resistance of 1000ΩF, and a capacitance range from 1.0nF to 0.050μF. The 125L series capacitors are highly reliable and comply with IEC60384-14 standards. These ceramic disc capacitors operate at a temperature range from -30°C to +125°C and have a maximum dissipation factor of 2% at 1kHz. Typical applications include primary and secondary coupling, EMI/RFI suppression, and filtering.
