Carling Technologies V-Series Contura Rotary Switches deliver reliable performance and compatibility with V-Series Contura Rocker Switches. These switches use a patented mechanism to convert rotary motion into linear motion, supporting up to three LEDs and IP67 sealing for above-panel protection. The secondary CAM ensures detent positions and tactile feedback, while the PC board accommodates LEDs and surface-mount resistors. These switches fit standard panel openings and eliminate the need for harness modifications.

Rocking to your favorite music when designing new electronic circuits can be great fun, but let's admit, choosing an appropriate rocker switch is hardly a rocking activity. Not only do you have to make sure the switch will withstand the environment but also perform reliably. To help engineers during these times of great strife, The Carling Technologies V-Series Contura Sealed Rocker Switches provide engineers with a wide range of options for industrial, automotive, and marine applications.
These switches have multiple interchangeable parts to provide maximum flexibility during panel installation, are resistant to corrosion, vibration, and shock, and conform to multiple MIL, UL, ISO, and BS standards. Additionally, these switches offer between 1 to 2 poles, up to 20A of current, and voltage ratings of up to 250V AC. The use of an internal brass roller enables operating at extreme temperatures, -40°C to +80°C, and silver-plated internal contacts support up to 100K switching cycles.
