C&K Aerospace SpaceSplice Series Connectors
C&K Aerospace SpaceSplice Series Connectors are high-performance wire-to-wire connection systems developed to satisfy ESA/ESCC standards. These connectors provide a lightweight, non-outgassing, and highly radiation-resistant solution compared to traditional hand-splicing methods. The SpaceSplice series connectors operate within a temperature range from -55°C to +125°C and offer a maximum contact retention force of 40N. These components feature a rated current of 7.5A, contact resistance of 5mΩ, and minimum insulation resistance of 5000MΩ. Typical applications include launchers, satellites, and spacecraft.
