The BTJ series thermal jumpers feature an aluminum nitride construction for efficient thermal conductivity while maintaining high electrical isolation. With thermal resistance as low as 4°C/W and operation up to 155°C, these thermal jumpers can effectively move heat from a component into a PCB heatsink, reducing component temperature and improving system reliability. They’re available in sizes from 0603 to 2512 including standard and long-side terminations, have a 1.5kVac to 5kVac dielectric withstand voltage for effective isolation, and the capacitance ranges from 0.07pF to 26pF for minimal impact on the circuit.
