Bourns BSD Series SiC Schottky Barrier Diodes
Bourns BSD Series SiC Schottky Barrier Diodes are ideal power conversion solutions to help increase efficiency and switching performance with less power loss. These Schottky barrier diodes come in six package options and provide high-power integration with dual diodes that help reduce PCB form factor. The BSD Series SiC diodes offer 650V to 1200V voltage operation with current ranging from 6A to 10A. These Bourns diodes are useful in high-temperature tolerance applications such as solar inverters, motor drives, Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), base stations, and smart grids.
