Bourns ChipGuard CG0402MLA and CG0603MLA Varistors are based on a multilayer metal oxide technology. These varistors are designed to protect sensitive electronic circuits from the threat of Electrostatic Discharge (ESD). The CGA-MLA series is available from 5.5Vdc to 26Vdc working voltages. These varistors are available in 0402 and 0603 package options. Typical applications include IC supply lines, MOSFET gate protection, and low-frequency digital and control lines.
