KYOCERA AVX TCQ Series Automotive Conductive Polymer Chip Capacitors are AEC-Q200 qualified and designed to provide high durability and performance stability to meet the dependability requirements of automotive applications. TCQ polymer capacitors offer a basic reliability of 1%/1000 hrs at 85°C Vr with a 60% confidence level and humidity of 85°C/85%RH, Vr, for up to 1000 hrs. These TCQ capacitors feature an operating temperature range from -55°C to +125°C and a capacitance range from 2.2μF to 470μF. Typically, TCQ polymer capacitors are used in automotive, DC/DC converters, industrial, and telecommunication applications.
