KYOCERA AVX High CV Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors
KYOCERA AVX High CV Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors have extremely high Capacitance/Voltage (CV) with low ESR for general-purpose decoupling and filtering. These high CV ceramic capacitors are AEC-Q200 compliant with high performance and reliability. The high CV multilayer ceramic capacitors are available in all EIA case sizes ranging from 0101 inches to 3640 inches and have a voltage range from 4V to 5000V. These MLCCs are ideal for various applications, including AC-DC power supplies, bypass, DC-DC power supplies, decoupling, and filtering.

The Hi CV MLCCs offer some of the highest capacitances on the market, ranging from 0.1pF to 100μF, combined with voltage ratings from 4V to 100V and a variety of SMD packages with EIA case sizes from 01005 to 2225. The non-polarized capacitors are suitable for decoupling, filtering, and bypassing in applications such as AC to DC and DC to DC converters and are an ideal replacement for bulky electrolytic capacitors. They’re offered with optional flexible terminations for robust performance in high shock and vibration applications, and they’re available with AEC-Q200 variants for use in automotive systems.
