KYOCERA AVX Accu-P Thin Film Chip Capacitors

KYOCERA AVX Accu-P Series Thin-Film Chip Capacitors are RF microwave devices that exhibit low ESR, high Q, tight tolerance, and high series resonance. These capacitors incorporate low-loss dielectric materials, silicon dioxide, and silicon oxynitride with highly conductive electrode metals. The Accu-P technology exhibits component variability in dielectric quality, physical size, and electrode conductivity. These RF components offer insulation resistance of ≥1011Ω and operate within a temperature range from -55°C to +125°C. These capacitors find use in surface mount devices, especially for the mobile communications market, VHF, UHF, and microwave applications.
