THJ Series High Temperature Tantalum Chip Capacitors support operation up to 175°C and use J-lead terminations. These capacitors feature improved reliability over standard types, 100% surge current testing, and a wide capacitance-voltage range from 0.10µF to 220µF at 6.3V to 50V. The devices are offered in five case sizes with optional low ESR variants for specific requirements. The THJ series provides capacitance tolerance of ±10% or ±20%, rated voltage up to 50V, and meets AEC-Q200 standards with a temperature range of -55°C to +175°CTHJ. Applications include automotive ECU and ABS control electronics as well as geothermal instrumentation.
