KYOCERA AVX Schottky Barrier Rectifier Diode

KYOCERA AVX Schottky Barrier Rectifier Diode uses a lead-less chip form that removes the lead frame wire bond to improve thermal and electrical performance. These diodes feature low forward voltage, high current capability, and reduced power loss. The devices also come in halogen-free packages that meet UL 94V-0 material standards. The mechanical design includes an FRP substrate with epoxy underfill and 100% Sn plated solderable terminations compliant with MIL-STD-750, Method 2026.These diodes operate within a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C and can be stored from -55°C to +150°C. Applications include high-frequency rectification, portable battery-powered devices, reverse bias protection, and switch-mode power supplies.
