KYOCERA AVX X8R/X8L Dielectric MLCCs are multilayer ceramic capacitors designed for operation in environments up to 150°C. These capacitors use X8R dielectric material with capacitance variation of ±15% from -55°C to +150°C, and X8L dielectric material with capacitance variation of ±15% between -55°C to +125°C and +15/-40% from +125°C to +150°C. The X8R/X8L capacitors are available in sizes 0603, 0805, and 1206, with voltage ratings from 16V to 100V, capacitance values from 330pF to 1µF. Applications include automotive engine and hybrid vehicle systems, battery control, inverter/converter circuits, motor control, and water pumps.
