KYOCERA AVX TLN Series Tantalum Solid Electrolytic Chip Capacitors with undertab terminations for higher PCB assembly density. These capacitors offer capacitance values between 47µF and 220µF with voltage ratings of 4V to 10V. The TLN series capacitors feature an operating temperature range from -55°C to +125°C with derated category voltages at elevated temperatures and capacitance tolerance of ±20%. These devices come with a reliability rate of 0.2% per 1000 hours at 85°C with a 60% confidence level. Applications include mobile phones, MP3/4 players, and tablets.
