The non-impregnated dielectric is treated for high strength up to 125°C, offering lower ESR and higher surge capability than aluminum electrolytics. These capacitors provide voltage ratings from 450V to 1200V and capacitance values from 1µF to 220µF, with an operating range of -40°C to +125°C. Typical applications include renewable energy inverters, motor drives, industrial power supplies, and UPS systems.
