These chips are available in C0G and X7R dielectrics, with capacitance ranges from 10pF to 0.33μF depending on dielectric type. The FLEXITERM High Voltage Multilayer Ceramic Chips feature voltage ratings from 600V to 5000V and operating temperatures from -55°C to +125°C. These devices offer an insulation resistance of at least 100MΩ at +25°C and are available in multiple case sizes from 0805 to 2225. Applications include DC blocking, high-frequency power converters, high-voltage coupling, resonators in switch-mode power supplies (SMPS), and snubbers.
