Featuring a capacitance value of 0.8pF in a compact and low-profile 0402 package, the new Automotive sub pF varistor exhibits excellent response times to ESD strikes, protecting sensitive circuits – including modern automotive high-speed information systems, touch controls and displays, and RF applications – from over voltage.
