Aptiv CTCS Connection Systems delivers flexible interconnection solutions with superior durability, reliability, and performance. These systems are designed to withstand harsh operating conditions and provide reliable electrical connectivity for vehicle systems exposed to vibration, moisture, dust, debris, and extreme temperatures. The CTCS connection systems operate within a temperature range from -40°C to +140°C and sine vibration up to 30.6G. These connectors are available in both sealed and unsealed configurations, supporting 2 to 62-way architectures with 1.5mm, 2.8mm, and 6.3mm terminal systems. Typical applications include chassis, on-engine, and engine compartment.
