Aptiv LV1000 POWERPACK Connectors
Aptiv LV1000 POWERPACK Connectors provide high-current electrical connections in 1-way inline, 2-way inline, and 2-way device and pass-through connector configurations. The LV1000 connectors feature a silver-plated multi-contact terminal system, sealed panel mounting, and pass-through connections for straight and right-angle connectors. These connectors support wire-to-device, wire-to-wire, and pass-through connections with cable sizes from 8mm² to 25mm², 1 or 2 power terminals, and 180° or 90° cable exit orientations.
The LV1000 POWERPACK Connectors support a maximum current of 120A at 85°C, a maximum DC voltage of 48V, and operate over a temperature range from -40°C to +125°C. These connectors are intended for high-current harnesses and devices and sealed pass-through panel mount systems.
