Aptiv CMC Connection Systems
Aptiv CMC Connection Systems are sealed automotive connectors designed to deliver reliable electrical connections in demanding vehicle environments. These systems are available in 32-, 48-, 64-, and 86-way configurations, and female connectors feature a robust PBT housing, high terminal retention, and smooth terminal insertion for simplified assembly. The CMC connection systems operate within a temperature range from -40°C to +125°C and IP68/IPX9K sealing protection. These devices include a Terminal Position Assurance (TPA) front holder latch for secure locking and unlocking and polarized terminals to prevent mismating. Typical applications include engine management, body control, and gas converter.
