Amphenol PowerLok G1 and G2 Heavy Duty Power Connectors

Amphenol PowerLok G1 and G2 Heavy Duty Power Connectors offer RADSOK contact technology and support different positions 1POS, 2POS, and 3POS of a straight and right angle. The PowerLok G1 offers cable sizes from 2.5mm² to 150mm² with and without shielding. PowerLok G1 power connectors offer up to 1000V range from 70A to 500A with HVIL, 360° shielding, environmental sealing, and keying, straight-straight, and right-angle configurations up to 3 power circuits.

The G2 Heavy Duty Power Connectors offer a quick locking lever with Connection Position Assistance (CPA) and a receptacle shell with a High-Voltage Interlock (HVIL) integrated for high vibration. PowerLok G2 power connectors are available as field-assembled connectors which accommodate shielding cable sizes from 35mm² to 120mm² (300/500 series) and 2.5mm² to 10mm² (60 series). Typical applications include trucks, buses, agricultural, construction, and off-road vehicles.
