Amphenol SV Microwave BMZ Connector is government designation (Blindmate Z). This connector has low insertion forces and a light spring which allow for high density applications. The BMZ is a miniaturized version of the BZ, a high-frequency connector with slide-on mating. This blindmate has a frequency range of DC-18 GHz and 50 ohms impedance with an interface controlled by MIL-STD-348.
