Amphenol FCI (ACS) WireLock 1.80mm Connectors
Amphenol FCI WireLock 1.80mm Connectors are compact wire-to-board and flex-to-wire solutions that offer four coding types with different colors. The WireLock connectors are a double-row connector system that supports up to 40 positions in both vertical and horizontal TH and SMT configurations. These connectors feature Terminal Position Assurance (TPA), ensuring proper terminal insertion. WireLock connectors operate within a temperature range from -40°C to +105°C, have a nominal current-carrying capacity of 2A, and support a minimum insulation resistance of 100MΩ. Typical applications include Advanced Driving Assistance Systems (ADAS), Battery Management Systems (BMS), and robotics.
WireLock Hand Tool is USCAR-T2V2 and LV 214 S2 compliant. The tool features 3 cavities for crimping 22AWG to 26AWG wires and handles four coding types. The ergonomic tool is designed for efficient assembly of compact, high-density connections.
