Amphenol FCI (ACS) MicroSpace Crimp-to-Wire Connector Platforms

Amphenol FCi MicroSpace Crimp-to-Wire Connector Platforms are designed to meet LV214 Severity-2 standards. These connectors are available in single and double-row configurations, with top and side latch options. The platform supports pitch sizes of 1.27mm, 1.5mm, and 1.8mm for versatile applications. These devices include keying for visual mismatch prevention and Terminal Position Assurance (TPA) to ensure correct terminal positioning. The MicroSpace connector platforms feature Connector Position Assurance (CPA) for secure mating and locking, high vibration resistance, and poka-yoke polarization for added safety.

The Minitek MicroSpace Crimp-to-Wire Terminals come with tin contact plating and operate from -40°C to +130°C temperature range. These components support a current rating of up to 4A per contact, with mechanical performance including terminal insertion force below 3N and retention force above 50N. The MicroSpace crimp-to-wire connectors can withstand up to 100 mating cycles with gold-plated contacts and are compatible with 48V systems. Target applications include camera/sensor systems, HVAC, lighting, and power steering.
