Amphenol FCI Metral High Speed 4000 Series Backplane Connectors are advanced, high-speed connector systems designed with right-angle receptacles and vertical headers. These connectors incorporate a distinctive stripline architecture within both the header and receptacle that enhances signal integrity. The Metral 4000 series features an improved receptacle design that is optimized for 100Ω differential signaling when compared to the previous Metral 1000 and 2000 series.  These connectors are fully compatible with end-to-end stacking with other Metral series products, making them ideal for high-performance applications in data communication and telecommunications systems.
